Although she has never been a cabdriver, Peg Moran has done all the other typical writer jobs and then some. She has worked in public relations, printing, theatrical lighting, and a small arts organization that ran the dance and music departments of a college, and as a stage manager, hotel clerk, store clerk, computer programmer, researcher, proofreader, copy-editor, editor, waitress, and bartender. She lives in New York City.
